its a supplement, Zinc, Magnesium and shit i gotta google the other one....and B6...
so its promoted as a way of promoting a more restful sleep and more Testosterone, someone did a study and showed that it increased T, but dunno how objective that study was...
i learned about it as a serious muscle relaxer combined with weed, i told my friend another smoker about it and he didnt have as powerful effect as me when smoking with it,,,
anyway, i go from no morning wood to morning wood with it when restarted the other day..
i endorse it, its one of the only supplements (along with b complex) that i can feel the difference immediately..
