Hi all, I'm new here. But I have been following member posts for awhile from the side lines as a guest.

I have a BM x40 arriving anyday now and with that I am planning my routines out...

In preparation for the BM's arrival I have been doing a lot of manual hands on work. Basically just stretching, RK and SSJ. Been doing this for around two weeks already and so far I have been able to stretch flaccid to 8" not accurate measurements, just marked lines on a glass table.

I am planning to do the below routine once the BM arrives;

1. 5min warmup
2.10x 5 or 6 minute pumps starting flaccid and ending as hard as possible
3. 1min SSJ between sets
4. Clamp off after all sets have been completed. (Reminds me I still need rings)

I am trying to avoid FR as much as possible.

Any thoughts?
 
Looks pretty good, except use less sets and a 10 minute warm up. you have to start off slow just like using any other device. I would work your way up to 3-5 sets of pumping. You might need off days to for healing. With clampimg be sure to condition and work your way up too longer times as well. I would Start off with flaccid pumps with the bathmate and work your way up to semi and fully erect pumps after a couple months or so.

Take it slow you need to let your skin and penis heal efficiently as you grow. Would love to hear the results keep us posted! Best of luck!

this looks really good but I would also like you to look at the SRT 5×5×3 to see if this may be a better work out for you with your Bathmate. Be sure to get your Kegels in for strengthening pelvic floor muscles, you can find them in the newbie routine. I also would include expressive stretching, bundled stretching and erect stretching. Before you work out your warm-up should be 5 to 10 minutes of bundled stretching. Once or twice a week you want to stretch erect for 5 to 10 minutes. Every day in your work out include a set of expressive stretching, since you have a Bathmate you can use DLD Bathmate hard-core stretches. With these additions I think your routine will be perfect. Oh one last thing, when you’re warming down use the testicle Health massage and stretch as you’re worn down. This is also found in the newbie routine. If you need any other help please just ask that’s why were here.
 
Okay so almost a month in and my results are;

8.26" x 5.7"

Now to make those permanent.

Only one issue I have a thrombosis vein. It's not terribly painful just a very a slight pain when I touch it. Now to treat it.... Any advice?
