I have a BM x40 arriving anyday now and with that I am planning my routines out...
In preparation for the BM's arrival I have been doing a lot of manual hands on work. Basically just stretching, RK and SSJ. Been doing this for around two weeks already and so far I have been able to stretch flaccid to 8" not accurate measurements, just marked lines on a glass table.
I am planning to do the below routine once the BM arrives;
1. 5min warmup
2.10x 5 or 6 minute pumps starting flaccid and ending as hard as possible
3. 1min SSJ between sets
4. Clamp off after all sets have been completed. (Reminds me I still need rings)
I am trying to avoid FR as much as possible.
Any thoughts?
