Would love your opinion on my routine

Hi
So i was doing jelqs and streches for around 2 months. Then i decided to get an extender. I bought quick extender pro extender and used it for a three+ months now. And keep going. Im at 1.5cm strech above my erect length. Since no results yet, I was reading here. And added the following:
Infrared warmup/down between each extender session.

1 bundled strech to each side before any extender session.

Try to be aware and loosen up (or through reverse kegel) while extending.
Kegels (forgot. But will get back to it)

Srt 5x5x3 almost every day. With Very caution. And moderate strength. As i feel little bit more will lead to injury. Also with my air pump i barely can get to 0.02mpa/150mmhg.
infrared warmup/down. And a ring afterwards until i feel i need to take it off (little bit tense).

Would love your opinion.

Also. Is it good practice to just put the ring whenever im not PE or with the extender. Does it have a benefit ?

But what is your specific goals? I believe this is important to create the most efficient program possible.

Just at a glance on your program, I believe you need to increase the intensity.

Golden Rules of Goal Setting
1. Set Goals That Motivate You.

The strategy/plan to get there.
If you do not have a time limit and a specific goal, it will be impossible to reach your goal. You need to see it before you have it.

A goal and a plan needs to be as specific as possible.
This was the reason I asked you about specifics. For example a goal can be: 8x6 (BPEL: 8 Inch, EG: 6 Inch).

It needs to be more specific then this. Also don't hope...get it. Mindset and determination is everything in Penis Enlargement.

How to increase the intensity? Can you give examples?
  1. Going from regular stretches to bundled stretches. This should be done.
  2. Add a device to increase the intensity (Power Assist 2, Broomstick, LENGTHMASTER 3).
  3. Active stretching is more powerful then passive stretching. Active stretching is when you use your hands actively to stretch. Passive stretching is when you for example use a extender, or are hanging. Hanging can be done progressively with higher and higher weights and/or time (the same for extenders), but it's often not done bundled. Bundled stretches is the most powerful stretching technique. Done with LENGTHMASTER 3, there is nothing that comes close to that intensity.
  4. Progress from: Downward Bundled Stretches (DBS), to Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches (BTC-BS).
  5. Finally: With LENGTHMASTER 3 you will be able to have the most intensity ever.
The progression in this list is really good to follow. Start by stretching in front of your body in every direction, then you progress more and more to only bundled stretches with a device (in front of you).

Then finally you only do DBS and then later BTC-BS. BTC-BS is the most powerful stretch you can do, it will take you to 10 Inches BPEL if you want to. Also remember that the healing portion of the SRT is really important.

Active stretching and passive elongation healing is the way to go according to me. This is what I have been doing.

The key is to elongate your tissue at max in every session, and keeping it afterwards elongated with passive healing during the entire day.
The passive healing part can be done with: Penis Elongation Wrap, A sleeve, or the Silistretcher.

This is not advertisement. This is what have worked for me personally, and countless others. And it's based on everything that @DLD have developed in his SRT program. The MOS DVD is also a really good source of information. Look in the pinned 📌 posts in Penis Enlargement Forum, and you will find the most important information to gain big.

2. With srt 5x5x3 i always afraid to get injury. Because i often feel like im close. Or at some point something feels wrong so i stop. Im pretty cautions but don't want to do too weak. Is that excercise really safe? What's the worse case of injury that can come out of it?

P.s 14 years ago i was doing jelqs and i was too excited. And it seems like some vein was ripped or something as i saw black color start to spread along my penis from the inside. i felt like i was going to faint cause i thought i ruined my dick. Luckly it kept working afterwards. But i didn't PE since.
So from that time i rather be on the safe side.

1. = That's okay.
2. = SSJ's are safe, you are probably overdoing them/doing them to hard.

You combine pumping with SSJ's, in SRT 5X5X3 that is the key to growth.
