Wider tube

Will a wider tube help with girth? I have a standard tube, motorized……has a gauge. Now when I pump long, low pressure, it is full so it really can’t get any thicker.
suggestions?

Get a bigger tube...you need the bigger tube to grow

Bigger as in longer or wider? I love my electric one but only comes in one size
