Who to contact

I ordered the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] on monday and I havn't recieved any e-mails about when to expect it. I looked all over the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] site, but couldn't find any contact information. Does anyone know how to get a hold of anyone to find out when it will be sent? Thanks in advance. :cool:

All [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] orders are in stock and deliver the same day you order it. In regards to any back-orders, this policy started last week. International orders are shipped priority air and are usually received within 8 days in the furthest stretches of the world, US orders are shipped via mail and are received within 5 days. This policy has been in place for about a week now as our inventory was depleted for literally months (thanks to the guys who were so patient.) Inventory is now full and all orders are filled and any new orders will be processed and shipped immediately upon receipt.

The only receipt you should have is the Merchant Receipt for your transaction. Currently, we do not mail a email confirming delivery but we are in the process of overhauling our merchant services which will bring online order tracking, profile options, delivery choices, including automatic email on all stages of order process from reception to delivery.
[words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] has grown so quickly that many of these steps were, and still are not in place. Jaz, the moderators, administration and myself have been working over-time on many changes in policy and function that will make things better for everyone. We can't do things fast enough and there is always more to do so please remain patient and expect better service in the future.

Thanks for the response. I'm looking forward to getting it. I wasn't frustrated just wondering what was going on and didn't have anyone to contact. I'm glad to hear about your success. Keep up the good work.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
