Bono is all right as a person. He does good work. He does seem like he'd be a pompous or self serving prick doesn't he though? I don't like their music, but that doesn't mean anything.

Nope, they don't really do anything for me. Except make me yawn. There are so many much more interesting and varied rock bands out there that I'd rather be listening to.

I'm not a lifetime fan or anything and only like a few of their tunes, but overall I like them based on what I've heard. I never could understand why people have to jade their views of bands based on the politics of the band or what the lead singer (or other members) do or say.

It's about the music, to me anyways. I couldn't care less what the actual members do or say in real life. I listen to bands for the music only, not their agendas.

I aint a fan but they are VERY talented and deserve to get into that hall of fame, legends of the scene for years now. They have had some classic songs and Bono has a superb voice.

wurk2hard if that was aimed at me then fine but i hate them because iv seen familys in fear of there lives and bombs going off around me because of the ira and when some one pours money into the fucking pockets for guns and bombs then i kinda feel hate towards them!this isint a me trying to start a argument just an opinion!
