I don't recommend them but sex shops sell shitty pumps. You can make your own by going to PetsMart and buying an aquarium gravel tube with your correct dimensions and adding your own male coupler fittings for vacuum pumps such as MityVac. I think it's about $15 when you do it this way (not including the price of the vacuum pump WITH gauge, which I do recommend).

If you got a 50 dollars then you can buy one of the prepaid mastercards and then you'll be able to buy a pump online. They got bigger limits then 50. I see a lot of the those mastercards at the grocery store and wal-mart.
