Well I don't know about online but they are plenty are you local walmart. Usually in the same place they have the extension cords.

Do a f'n search. Half of this site and Thunders is littered with posts about people wanting to know where to find cable clamps.

Walmart is the easiest place to buy them.

Home depot carries 'Cable Cuffs' which are similar(i cant tell a difference, the cuffs seem beefier)
