When do I measure my BPFSL

The important thing is to be consistent with your measurement.
At a minimum, I would do some warm up stretches before measuring, don’t measure ‘cold’ as it brings in too many variables.

Funny to read as I asked myself exactly the same question today :D !
@longstretch and @kyrpa are doing it before stretching and right afterwards, great to also get to know the elongation of the dick after a session, but for that very accurate measurement techniques will be needed.
As for the frequency: They're doing it before every of their training and afterwards, I don't wanna pressure myself with this right now as newbie, but in their stage and with their training method it really makes sense. I'll maybe do it every 2-4 weeks (only BPFSL, not the other data points).

I'd go with @Mike03016 and say that the most important is to always use the same measurement technique and temperature, so there won't be any disturbing variables and you will always know the gains you made.

Yes I agree with warming up before measuring.

I've been doing the dld blaster for over 2 months now this is my third month. Right after my first dld blasters session 2 months ago, I measured and saw 8.25 inches.

Now I measured this afternoon after 2 months plus, right after my dld blasters session and saw 8.5 inches.

I measure cold to see where I'm really at. If you warm up you've just changed a variable, stretching before will start to uncrimp the collagen in your tissues and be slightly longer. I actually measure between my exercises and after my whole session to calculate the strain level for that day. I believe kyrpa just does

My size varies in flaccid and erect state due to my balls sack. If my balls sack is loose and hanging low, I get bigger flaccid. Same thing happens when I'm erect. I'm longer when my balls sack is hanging loose and low.

Most times in the morning when I wake up, my balls sack is usually tight and shrinked and so is my flaccid penis. I will have to wait till evening/night time when I normally have a very loose balls sack before measuring my flaccid.

What do you think?

Have you checked it during both occasions to note a change? If you using Bone pressed and stretching it the same it should be same or near same measurement independent of how loose your balls are hanging. I say the more data points you have the better, within reason.

Okay tomorrow mornimg right before my first session I will measure and then right after my last session I will measure and give you the feedback here.

Is it best to measure BPFSL before my length session or right after my length session?

With girth you measure directly after a session to be sure you’re seeing expansion. Every couple of weeks I would measure the BPFSL to make sure your length routine is also working. But official measurements should only be done once every 3 to 6 months.

In my opinion, measuring once in 6 months is the best.

Then you'd get real feedback only once every 6 months. Something to think about.

Three months is what most people go by. Six months is a long time but if people are keeping track of their post workout size with girth and check on BPFSL every couple weeks they can make it work.

Then you'd only get real feedback only every 3 months. I'll still recommend at least daily measurement if your doing PE. Especially when you realize what conclusions can be drawn from your routine using them.

Think the same. BPFSL isn't depending on the EQ, so there's no problem in measuring it daily. However, in my first 3 months I'm not doing it daily, because I don't wanna have the daily stress.
But as soon as I'm starting with the same kind of training with US and extender mod, I'll do it - before stretching sessions and afterwards.
I just need to figure out the best way for me to get an accurate measurment as we're talking about millimeters here.

FSBPL and Girth Both should be measured in a timely manner. You should always measure your girth right after training to make sure you’re seeing expansion. This is a big part of us are too. I also always encouragement to measure FSBPL every two weeks to make sure their routine is working. I only suggest measuring every three months for official measurements. Measuring erect measurements every day will only discourage someone. So for me every three months is the perfect time to measure officially. The only exceptions are what I listed above.

Measuring daily is obsessive you can measure your BPFS once every two weeks so you don’t become completely obsessed with measuring. It is important to know that you are making games in your BPFS by taking this measurement every two weeks. Now both your post girth measurement and your DPFS are both peaks into the future of what is coming. They also serve to let you know if your routine is working or not. If you’re not seeing expansion after a girth routine there’s something wrong and that’s why we measure post girth every session. Again if we did not measure our flaccid stretched bone pressed length every two weeks we will never know if that routine is working.

If one is prone to getting discouraged than I wouldn't recommend it. However if someone can look at things objectively like a scientist and have that mindset than doors will be opened that otherwise are shut. Read my Long Game thread. I learned I had to weigh myself daily when cutting weight to get the best and most accurate results. I weighed myself daily and took the weekly average to take out the fluctuations and could also make better changes to further reduction of calories or exercise that way. The same thing can be said if you know to measure strain and what the trend will tell you.

What DLD mentions measuring expansion you can do with length using BPSFL. Expansion is after all just elongation of the circumferential plane. Measure pre and post to calculate strain. All kinds of interesting things can be drawn from that.
