What's your jelq schedule?

Do you jelq everyday or do you take days off?

I am a noob and i dont want to hurt myself. this is my theoretical schedule:
4-day cycle
1: stretching-reg and tes, kegels jerk
2: stretching-reg and tes, jelqing
3: stretching-reg and tes, kegels, light jelq- 100
4. stretching-reg and tes, jelqing

Starting today Jelqing will be added into my daily routine.

After my Length session, I plan on jelqing at least 15 min. Plan on getting up to an hour someday.

Yes my penis has been jelqless since I got into Penis Enlargement. I would do 5 min here and there every blue moon but now I'm going to do them.
