Why is my nut sack so tight and small?

Whether it's cold or hot, it's all the same.

Serouisly, it looks like a 12 year olds sack.

I get that sometimes. Usually when its cold though. If you get it when it's warm then it's a little odd.

Im pretty sure it's not harmful. Maybe just try to lightly stretch it out?
