What you think about jelq

Jelqing is still effective till this day. You rarely hear about it now because we have devices for quicker gains.
 
Jelqing is one of the first PE exercises that was created. It is a great beginners exercise and will bring decent gains. When you find the gains slowing switch into the SLowSquashJelq, a much more superiors jelq. If you find the basic jelq is not working for you at the beginning you can start with the SlowSquashJelq.

Dear DLD , is it normal to "feel" frustrated or small as a grower compared to a shower guy , you talk on youtube about this and you say that growers actually becomes showers , bring me some hope with your words :smile:

Becoming a shower is not difficult and can be done in many ways. The best possible way to increase flaccid length is the Phallosan, hands down, it has the ability to hold you in an extended period indefinitely. The idea behind gaining a flaccid size close to erect size is to "train" it to remain elongated. The penis naturally turtles when not in use as a protective mechanism. We need to teach the penis to remain elongated. Other ways are Lazy Ass Stretches, BathMate Pumping, the SizeGenetics or the PeniMasterPro. Also the frequency of exercise and growth will also add relative size to your flaccid. But the biggest thing necessary is to teach the penis to remain elongated.

Do u think that growers have some advantage in PE against showers i mean they got bigger than showers at the end of the day
 
I jelq erect very day as a warmup before pumping. It gives me a significant temporary length and girth gain before pumping, and gradually in the course of a few months so far I've made some gains. I also use Ace Wrap after workout

I think they're boring, inefficient for time invested and compared to other techniques, and great for causing thrombosis and even nerve damage when done incorrectly.

Yes , i get thrombosis , 5 months off , im doing erect hanging right now should i wrap near glans or near base since i do erect

The only advantage is a woman would assume you are not as big as you are until you get erect, than you blow their mind :)

However, that doesn't mean its shit. Sure, many more effective methods exist but the bog-standard Jelq was often the foundation to many mens gains back 15 years ago or so.

2018 - it has evolved, with new exercise techniques literally using the same way of expansion but in a different concept. Clamping for example, its deadly effective, and uses same principles as the jelq. Its just more intense, and you can control it more. It still expands the penis larger by engorging blood.

I agree, that one can get injured easier with jelqing because you need to understand how hard to squeeze at first and with how much erection.
This is why at first newbies would have been wise to do it at semi erect and go with the flow, but even then its not always easy to avoid injury.

That said, its a favourite of mine and I still perform variations of the wet jelq. Its the grandfather of penis enlargement exercise in my opinion, it helped get allot guys gains, gain them trust through communities like this by knowing it was possible to gain. With more knowledge guys built better exercises.

Its a good exercise to use instead of masturbating, do it instead and/or get your partner to help.
 
I want to state that jelquing isnt dangerous , its just about not overdoing it while in the precondition phase of the penis which of course will provide thrombosis but once the penis is conditioned theres no risk
