What should I start with?

So I have a pretty noticeable downward curve(40 degrees) I have never felt pain or had erection problems but I really want to be able to do missionary and cowgirl and wall sex. What exercises should I start of with to correct my curve, I would also prefer if you leave some good girth increasing exercises too. And how long should I expect to see results and correct it? Thanks!

Correcting the curve or adding a curve works the same way. you want to Jelq against against the curve while erect.You want to use some intensity but not too much to cause pain. You can also do erect pumping with the Bathmate or the Mityvac at 5 minute intervals and when you come out of the tube do the jelqing against the curve for 5 minutes and repeat 3x. Some men think ADS works for correction but this is nothing I have ever experienced myself but many people say it is beneficial.
