Im chating with the support, all good. Its just that its very slow. I can exchange approx 2 msges per week.

My LM delivery i made in the end of april, got lost in transit and currently im tring to figure out the best solution for me. Now I want to add to my delivery also mos-red and mityvac.

I bought the lm and it's great. I really love using it. But there are times I can't wrap or anything to remain elongated. But I still us3 the lm. Is it still effective if I can't stay elongated? I do my routine and then 15 minutes with the mos red light. Is this stiff effective to gain length?

It's perfectly fine without the elongation. The elongation process just boosts the flaccid state for more appealing length, and keeping elongation allows the cells to fill in every available gaps they can. If you can't, no worries. You already done your lengthening routine. In PE, every availble gains and avenue to lengthen even if it's 1 micrometer is one step closer to the objective you're reaching.

Yes. That's perfectly fine. You can break the routine down to 5 minutes each segment with greater intensity, or 2 segment of low to high intensity for 10 minutes. Your call. It's about how much intensity you can put into the routines that will provide you the gains you need. MOS Red is to accellerate that healing time.
