What happened To New Post Toolbar?

what happened to the thing on the left side that said how many new post since you left and you could click on it and find out what those new ones were. It helps us not pass over any threads in sections we don't check all the time.

Just use the top toolbar, click NEW POSTS, bam you have all the new posts, its that simple man.
