I began streching and jelquing and i have bruises on my glans and my glans skins is peeling off. Any suggestions how to fix this.
I do streching with normal ok grip but tbh it hurts my glans a bit and i get a little bit bruises every time after streching right under the glans. And for jelqs i am doing them as tight as possible but not doing at erect state and i feel that it hurts near the urethra a little bit under. And after that i receive those bruises thare.If you're doing stretching, could you describe your grip technique, how tightly you're gripping, how much tension you're using to stretch? Same with the jelq.
Can definitely advise you never use shampoo as a lubricant. Shampoo can be very irritating to sensitive skin (eg your glans/foreskin). If you're beating up those sensitive areas (or even using perfect technique), you want to use a legit genital lubricant. You also have to take care of the skin with routine moisturizer/emollient.
If you're injured, take a break, heal back to baseline, go back at it with better technique/less intensity and a better skin care regimen. Get the grip/tension dialed in by starting low and slow.

Take a break until you're healed up, then try again with less intensity. Use a proper lube. Keep your penile skin in good condition with some good emollient after a workout. Stay safe!

Never thought about doing 3 sets of 20 minutes.Do the bundled downward stretches for 20mins three sets making a total of 1 hour. Can you do this routine for 3 months before switching to another?
