Been too long since my last update, but I have fallen off the wagon a bit with summer (wife is a teacher so her and my son are home all day everyday) so it has interrupted my ability to get a good routine in. I've managed to pump at least twice a week and do some manual stretches in the shower each day to make sure no size has been lost. I've gained and feel like I have cemented a half an inch in length and girth. Next week when school is back in session, I'll be back on the full routine again and am excited to see what else I can achieve. Thanks again to all of the brothers commenting and providing recommendations in this thread. I'll update again no later than by the end of this year after another good 4-5 months of consistency and see where I land. I'm already close to adding the final rod on my traction device and that did not seem possible when I first opened it, but here we are. Talk soon 👊

@big, no worries, decons with cementing are awesome. I'm close to a decon and then just like a university program, getting my fall semester in, decon, spring semester, and then a small summer push before a decon in the fall. GO GET EM!

I was actually at about 3/4in in length gain right before the break, so part of that went away pretty quickly after a few weeks off, but I've held steady at current measurements with minimal effort, so considering it was only about 4 months of really consistent work, I'm very pleased and it has really lit a fire under my ass to get back into it will maximum effort. Even if all I'm able to achieve this year is cementing that last quarter inch that I know I can reach, I'd be so pleased. I know this stuff is legit, but I see the horror stories and poor responders and didn't want to get my hopes up, but I think I got some good guidance here from the OG's and am so grateful. 3/4inch length and just keeping the girth where it is now would be an incredible first dive into PE for a year when I expected so little.

This got me where I needed until I have the coins and experience for a Lengthmaster. I am still a little hazy on how this produces girth but I guess I will let time and consistency provide the formula for results and keep reading. Thanks fellas!

I honestly think it’s smarter to get the MOS bundle for $750 or somewhere around that mark. So until I have the chips for that I will just perform makeshift work similar to what was done here. It better to get started with what I have ass opposed to waiting around until I can afford that. I have an X4 traction device for stretching, a Bathmate and a Phalogenics stretcher. I want to move forward with the Silistretcher but it has to wait. Researching now how to wrap for flaccid recovery. I want to get into keeping any gains that I make immediately.
 
My suggestion is to chase after the Length Master first in the MOS bundle and use the X4 for now in combo with passive wrapping. The most critical is the Length Master for the length work. It has been proven since the first few beta models. Wish I still save the model to display in my office.

Yep. So, with the Bathmate, you already have the 5x5x3 base routine for girth.

Manual stretches, select 5 exercises for the routine, and cover all angle stretches. Use X4 to keep elongated at home, and wrap up if you are mobile for the day. Split a morning stretch before you head off and wrap. When you're home, more aggressive routines, X4 and rest.

But do make sure to keep detail notes either in your personal Progress and Routine log page or in your own personal notes. The devil is in the details. In PE, details solve mysteries.

Is there a specific wrap that you could recommend I consider? And you are right about keeping progress logs. I need to make sure that I do that in both physical training and PE!
 
The more research I do, the more interesting this gets. Sillisleeves look interesting. I don’t understand why anyone would be PEing without doing this now. It just seems to make sense without being incredibly educated in urology. Are you supposed to get them so that they are conditioned to keep you in a flaccid like stretched/erect state?

For me, I use the pump after length work. It pairs up as tissue priming for pumping from the length work. It also follows the logics to do length first before girth work, or rather, gain length before girth.

Uncle Jim wrap in MoS shop. Or you can find similar ones from the online stores based on the availability of the region.

We discovered issues with ourselves through detailed logs. No logs, we will be lost just to know where we are.
