5x5x3 base routine for girth.
Manual stretches, select 5 exercises for the routine, and cover all angle stretches. Use X4 to keep elongated at home, and wrap up if you are mobile for the day. Split a morning stretch before you head off and wrap. When you're home, more aggressive routines, X4 and rest.
But do make sure to keep detail notes either in your personal Progress and Routine log page or in your own personal notes. The devil is in the details. In PE, details solve mysteries.
