Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Zachardy, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Hey, so, I guess here is a good place to start posting?

I'll give some background info about me first: In the past I already tried PE, I'd say it was 3 to 4 years ago, and I did it for 2 months at least. I followed a newbie routine from another site.
But in the end, I wasn't able to consistenly do this everyday for several reasons. One of them was that I thought girth gains were practically not achievable, and having 5.5 length for 4.4 girth, I was a little depressed about it. Knowing that i had to be so incredibly consistent for so little gains in girth, I lost my courage to continue.

But recently I heard about pumps, and I got interested again when I saw what could be achieved with that girth wise when using it on a regular basis.

I looked a little on this forum to get to know more about it from people that have been in the community practicing for so many years, and I saw that mixing SSJ (slowsquashjelq I believe) with a pump could achieve the best results when it comes to girth.

So, basically, one of my aims in my PE adventure will be to focus on girth, but there's something else that got me interested in PE again and thats the use of "passive" gains by the means of extenders.
The first one I heard about was the phallosan forte, but doing a bit of research here got me to understand that there were better tools (I also heard phallosan was uncomfortable for an uncircumcized penis). Things like lengthmaster came to my attention, but there are so many, I just don't know where to begin.

So basically, it would be very great if you could help me to establish a routine with a focus on girth, with the best tools for my goal and my beginner state (doesn't matter a lot how much they cost as long as it's not an absurd price and it's quality), tools that concern girth (pumps) and length (extenders). So, a focus on girth and tools, without dismissing length and why not, some manual exercices
The reason I want to do this with tools is that, If I'm not mistaken, they can achieve more than manual exercices , but in a more secure way, with much more power and sometimes without even needing special attention (the passive gains of extenders)
The only downside is the cost in money I believe, but that's not a problem to me.
