Welcome to the Brotherhood, @WillieWanka, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thank you! 5.25 inches currently. Girth about 4.8. Would like to be consistently over 6 inches, girth say 5.25? I’d lose my mind at 7 inches. Got a Bathmate (not Xtreme). Mrs. has been a fan of the girth so far :) I’ve also been doing some basic jelqing. 2-3 weeks so far. Supplementing L-arginine, DHEA, goat weed. Hitting about 5.6 inches in the Bathmate tube, but had a couple interesting nights where I was at about 5.75 with a cock ring. Just hoping long term gains are definitely possible!
 
If you have a bathmate you’re all set for girth as far as a length device there are some very good choices in the store. @Lightning can help you make the perfect choice.

With your Bathmate you can do the SRT 5x5x3. This is a very good workout and can be adjusted in time and sets to conform to your schedule or intensity level.
 
Ordered me a SiliStretcher. Took advantage of the Black Friday discount. Thanks for that! Will look to start a progress thread in the next week or so...

I do have one thing...read through SRT and done other things and just wanna make sure I got it down to start my routine...

-Bundled Stretches (3 sets first 2 weeks, then 4 sets)
-ADS 4 hours in Silistretcher, increasing tension each hour.
-5x5x3’s In Bathmate, erect stretching while in the pump.
-Cockring until bedtime, removing and stretching to restore oxygen every 30 mins.
-Silistretcher low intensity while I sleep.

Where should I add kegels in here...and better to do “reverse kegels”? Is there a link that shows me how to do those? Thanks again DLD!
 
Reverse cables should be done when you were doing active stretching as they force the pelvic floor muscles into a state of submission allowing you to stretch with no interference from this muscle group.

Kegel should be done as much as you possibly can do that every day. The more the better as this not only build strength but it also builds endurance.

This is the Newbie Routine Kegel workout, do at least this.

PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLE TRAINING
100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
