Hey. I've been really into this whole penis enlargement thing even though doctors love to refute it there is literally too much anecdotal evidence for them to refute. Anyways, I wanna know how long who it take to me to go from 4.2 girth to 4.7 girth? And what would routine would be my best bet.

that is a very small game if you use the 5×5×3 I can guarantee you make that goal within two months. I would also say that getting up to an inch within six months is totally possible
 
For the 5x5x3 how much hg should the pump be at? I’m a beginner btw. Also how many days a week should I do the 5x5x3?

Do you want to be at full pressure for the full five minutes. We want to gain as much expansion over five minutes as possible and at that point someone will experience water retention and that is why the SSJ comes next for five minutes to disperse that fluid back into the penis equally and evenly giving pure tissue expansion
 
Full pressure I heard is good way to get injured everyone I’ve seen recommended 5hg pressure on the valve and anything more apparently is counter productive

You’re only under full pressure for five minutes that’s at the point where most men will start to take on fluid. That’s when you go into the SSJ for five minutes to counteract us. The whole reason for 5×5×3 routine was created just to make pumping much safer
