Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Virilemos, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hi @DLD thanks for the shoutout! I'm not completely new. I've been on the outskirts of the PE community for some time and have viewed this forum many times, however, this is the first time I've officially joined anywhere. I've ran into an issue and I've decided I need some advice from some experienced PE guys. My goals were to reach 8x6. I'm currently 7" BPEL and 5" EG. I was using an extender and bathmate for about 3-4 months and gained about .25" in length and .125 in girth. It was around that time that I experienced what I self diagnosed as a penile thrombosis of the Bulbourethal vein on the right underside (not the superficial dorsal vein) because I had a hard rope like vein. I did a lot of research and did hot wraps/used a heating pad for a month along with ibuprofen and also did a month of 82mg aspirin. I haven't had any issues with pain, erection quality, or any other issues through any of this like I've read about on the forums. It's essentially completely normal except for this rope like vein, which was initially hard and incompressible, but has since become softer and more compressible. I left my penis alone, as much as any guy in their 20s can, for 7 months after injury then I went to a urologist to get it checked out roughly a month ago. He told me that it was a thrombosis, but that it was nothing to worry about since I had no pain or issues with pain, erection quality, or any other issues. I still do hot compresses sporadically , but I still have this semi hard vein and I'm wondering what I need to do next. I'm assuming it's still there because I haven't left it alone for longer than 3 weeks at a time. Please point me in the right direction @DLD

The thrombosis should be completely healed by now. It usually takes no longer than a month till someone’s able to come back 100%.

I would come in gentle and watchful using a basic work out like the newbie routine. As you progress and see how things go you can add more intensity or switch into a much more profitable routine.

Thrombosis is only present when you feel a hard wire feeling in the vein. If it has softened you should be all set. But just to be sure let’s take it step-by-step.

@DLD, thanks man, I'll check that out!

No problem my brother it’s what I love to do but if you need any other help let me know

That routine says you gained 2 inches with it. I know you've probably answered this in the 115 pages haha, but how long did that take you?
