Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks @DLD I am starting off at 6.3inches in length ,but never measured my girth yet , I bought a Bathmate and have been using it for 20 mins every day with no days off for just over 3 months ,no length gains yet ,but the pump is lasting all day up to 10 hours at this point and girth is increasing so its encouraging me to keep using it, I would like to know before I buy a extender is there any manual stretch routine that can help the process along ?I'd like to try it and see if it helps before I buy a vaccum extender like size doctor or Phallosan

sounds good my brother. You’re starting at a very good size. I would suggest that you pick up a Lengthmaster first and next pick up the SiliStretcher. The LM is the most powerful stretching device available and it will be a huge part of your program. I’m very pleased to hear that you have a bathmate, this is most important to girth. I want to make this an SRT routine so I have a few questions. How much time can you dedicate every day to this routine? Are you married and currently having sex? Do you have any other tools laying around? How was your privacy? Let me know these answers and I will create your routine

Awesome thanks for the Advice on which products to invest in @DLD I'll get those yes , and for the questions you asked ,currently I can dedicate 3 to 4 hours daily if needed ,I have sex with my girl yes ,and no other tools just Bathmate ,I bought a cheap extender last year called a pro extender and it was so uncomfortable and painful to use I just gave up after a week of use that's all I have lying around ,and I have good privacy ,thanks for your guidance its appreciated Alot

I’m so happy to hear that you have a BM as that will play a major role in the girth work. If you’re looking for a tool in length go for the Lengthmaster first. We will utilize your old extender equipment as a healing method but eventually you might want to upgrade to the SiliStretcher. I can write your length routine as being completely manual or I can write it as an SRT routine that utilizes equipment. In your case the only equipment you would need would be the Lengthmaster.
