Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Timetogetthick, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Right now I am about 6.5in nbpel 7.25in bpel about 4.5in eg. I got a new bend ruler with my hydro 7, so I’ll use it for more official measurements. more than anything I want to improve overall eq and overall penile health. I definitely think I have pelvic floor issues, can’t last long and don’t get a full erection, hard but not rock hard. Even doing reverse kegals makes me involuntary Kegel afterwards, so I know I’m unbalanced and tight.

My plan is to pump with a little Manual exercise jelqs thrown in if gains are permanent. I had a bad injury doing erect jelqs right off the bat years ago, so I’m planning to take it slow and be smart.

Best case scenario I’d like decent permanent girth gains, maybe some length, rock hard erections and fix my pelvic floor issues to last longer. 7.25-7.5nbpel 5.25-5.5eg would be awesome. Prob setting my bar too high haha any gains are a bonus to me

I would def appreciate any tips you have, especially involving pumping. I was going to start off going in more flaccid and then after a couple weeks go in at 85 percent. Do I need to warm up before using the Bathmate hydro 7 in the shower? It seems like I should do Pump 5min Jelq 5 pump 5 Jelq 5 pump 5 jelq 5? That definitely seems a little long so I’ll prob work up to it.

Thanks for your introduction I’m very happy you came out to meet us. The gains you want to make are very reasonable and with the right routines you can get there rather quickly. I suggest starting with the newbie routine with a few changes, mainly to the girth portion. The best pumping routine would be the pumping routine in SRT which goes by the 5×5×3. This will bring incredible tissue growth while at the same time keeping water retention down to nothing. What do you plan on doing as far as your length work is concerned?

5×5×3 you’re using the SSJ in between sets to keep water retention down and to keep tissue expansion high. So jelqing (the SlowSquashJelq) will be part of the 5×5×3. Your warm-up should be five minutes of bundle stretching in all directions.

Gains are permanent so be sure you want that size because it will never go back. Once you have made temporary gains permanent you can’t change it. With the routine I have suggested to you you’ll see temporary gains forever and they will be relative to the growth you’re making. So if you’re starting at 6 inches and you see 6 1/2 inches after you have pumped that is your target size. This means you need to be consistently getting 6 1/2 inches for it to become permanent. Once 6 1/2 inches has become permanent (we know this after a week of no training and making a measurement.) From there your new temporary will be seven and so on. I hope this makes sense to you if not please just ask me to rephrase it
