Welcome to the Brotherhood, @TheDiggityD, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thank you for the intro and making me feel welcome. I was a memeber on the old website but I forgot my login info so I had to make a new one. I have two questions and one is more intracate that the other. I use to be able to have sex and ejaculate when I wanted but about two years a go (2016) I noticed that I would get to having sex and almost immediately upon entry I was about to ejaculate and this had never been the case if anything most women would say I last to long. And as time passed I would sometimes last as long as I wanted and other times I would be about to ejaculate as soon as the sex started. This had me so confused as I didn’t know what was going on. As of this year it has continued on but now I notice sometimes I go limp during sex and it has me physiologically thing something is wrong and that something physically might be wrong at the same time so my question is what do you think is the cause behind this and who do I go about solving this problem? And my second question which is way more basic is I started the phase one of the MOS dvd and kept on it for about a month and got off of it, should I start back over as I’m still fairly new or is there another new beginners routine I should do to work on gains?

@TheDiggityD Welcome back Brother!

A tough question. I'm not a doctor, but it does sound more psychological issue than physical the way you described it. Of course it could be a nerve tissue "damage", but as you told about how it happened I see it relating to more in matters of the brain.
If possible, get a physical check up. Anything troubling you lately as the issues started? Monetary problems, family issues? There can be one bigger or smaller thing that leads to a bigger equation.

So, as suggested, a visit to the doctor could be in order. Blood tests and so on.
It could be a imbalance in the dopamine receptors, but that's just my haywire-brain overthinking. :D

You can check out the Newbie routine as mentioned in DLD's welcoming post. SRT is the other big thing in making gains come.
I would say it's best for now to start with the newbie routine or phase one and then move forward. Even I have taken the more "newbie approach" as I've had some pauses in PE.
Just like if you've weightlifted 200 lbs (or ~90kg) before but had a long pause, it wouldn't be wise to try hit that same weight straight away after a pause. Just a simple analogy.

Happy gaining!

The Brain/Penis connection, (along with all the other physical/emotional/mental gymnastics necessary for an adequate sexual experience) is one of the great jokes played upon us men...it's a wonder we're not extinct, lol

I'd examine any lifestyle changes you may have had, i.e. divorce/new relationship/move/different job/injury/sleeping patterns/diet/etc., these all can have an effect on that delicate EQ/ejaculation conundrum :)
