That’s awesome thank you for letting us know! You should start to progress strength to keep track of your progress and to help us help you stay motivated. Plus it’s a great way to keep track of your goals, you’re starting size, your routine, and other things there are important to starting. This will serve you very well as you’re gaining and who will help other people do the same thing by following your progress thread. ??
