Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Slizzyman, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey DLD thanks for the opportunity without you people like me would have no hope smh LOL but currently I am 6.5 in length and 5 in girth. My goal is to get to 8 in length and 6 in girth. I wanna start with the SRT routine but the advanced version. I been, pumping, hanging, and extending for a while now but haven’t seen any results an I’m guessing because I don’t have a solid routine to give me the results I’m looking for

This sounds great my brother. Send me an email with this information and I’ll get back to you with some additional questions. We can work out the routine by email and then you can post it in the routine section when we finalize it. Send that email to my personal email at guru.dld@gmail.com
