Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Scooby2021, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey, thanks. I'm glad to be here. I have been dabbling in PE for over a year, with very minimal results and want to get serious about this.

Current measurements are - 5.25" flaccid length & 7" bpel. Girth - is 5" when erect.

I would like to get to 6.5 bpfl, 8.25 bpel and 5.5 - 6" girth.

I'm currently compression hanging and tried out your stretching routine this morning. I have to pick up an all day stretcher, because I often turtle throughout the day.

I have a thickwalls cylinder for pumping and am going to encorporate some jelqs in to my girth workouts.

Is there any tutorial videos on how to do some of these jelqs?

Also, any suggestion would be welcomed.

Your girth work out will be very simple but extremely effective. I wouldn’t want you to use the SRT 5×5×3. Your girth will explode, some men see temporary growth of up to an inch in a single session which is totally usable with your wife.

as far as a length routine is concerned I suggest that you do all of the newbie routine stretches. If you have a Lengthmaster I suggest doing them with that as you will gain so much quicker. In addition to the basic stretching you should also include bundled stretching, erect stretching and expressive stretching. I don’t want to confuse you too much so we would probably be best if I wrote a routine out for you. If this is cool with you let me know and I will get to work on it right away

If you want to work out a program please send me an email to guru.dld@gmail.com. We can work out a routine through email and when we have completed you can post it in the progress section
