Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks! I’ve been lurking for a year on here. I’ve had the Penimaster Pro for 10 months and I’ve used it on and off during that time. I gained 1/2” an inch with it, so it’s not useless at all. I’m switching to another device and I’ll make mention of that in the appropriate threads as to why I’m switching. Silistretcher 2 is on the way ?
