I’ll have a read of the articles. I’m really looking to gain length as girth is pretty good already. My full erect length is about 5.5 inches. I’d be happy getting up to another 1-1.5 inches if possible.

I love when people go for one thing at a time because it makes my job easier and more joyful. I would like to help you put a routine together if you like. Let me know if you things about yourself so I can start to plan on what will be best. Your goals sound reasonable, Many men come in here and make unrealistic goals which will only discourage them so I’m happy you have made a rational choice. Do you have any equipment? How much time do you have to invest in a routine? What’s your privacy situation? Let me know these things and I can help you.
 
Thanks, good to know! I have a bathmate hydromax extreme 5. I've had this for around 4 months so am pretty used to it. I have developed a routine that seems to work fairly well (from the perspective of helping with my ED) which is as follows:

"warm up" in shower for a couple of minutes then
3 x 3-4 min sessions with around 30 secs to 1 min break between them. I start pumping at around 50% and gradually work up to maybe around 70-80% for the last minute or so.
I then "cool down" in the shower for a few mins.
I do this one day on, one day off to give myself a recovery day.

This routine has worked well at helping maintain my erection function and I'd say my penis feels "fuller" though there has been no real increase in size. BUT, I found that if I go much past 80% pump, I get red spots appear in the skin on my penis. I've also had a couple of times where I think I've "over pumped" after which my penis felt pretty sore and flacid (kind of like after too much masturbating). After which I've had to take a few days out to allow recovery.

I've found that moisturising with baby oil helps reduce the red spots. But if I go for maximum pump for more than a minute or so, I still get the red spots.

Re privacy/time, I've managed to work this into my morning routine. But I'm married with a family/busy lifestyle, so its difficult to commit much more time on a daily basis. I'd say realistically 30 mins is about as much as I can manage without it becoming disruptive.

Sounds like a good start, pretty sure with regular use the red spots become less and less from what I know. I always have the bathmate down as a girth extender rather than length but pretty sure it will do both. Do you do any manual stretches at the moment? And is the 5.5" BPEL?
 
Thanks for getting back to me and it sounds like you’re on the right road making some good choices. I suggest 2 things; it’s important to do bundled stretching before you train to pre-stretch the Tunica allowing you to take up much more size. The other would be looking at SRT in the pumping routine called the 5×5×3. Give it a shot let me know what you think but I believe you’ll be very happy seeing twice the expansion you usually good.
