Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Rip123, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Not really new, i used to do some PE but not consistant, most at the time was maybe 2 months together.. Using my Bathmate regulary though for about 4 years, 6 times a week..Looking into extenders, probably gonna goneith Penilemaster it think its called, i have a very cheep extnder right now that i use from time to time
Im 7,5 inches Bpel and about 5.5 inches girth.. Goal is to hit 8 inches and 6 inches girth..

Routine for past two weeks
10 min warm towel
15 min basic stretches with kegels when i pull the penis
20min bathmate
15 min jelquing
5min warm towel

Then i wear exteneder for about 2 to three hours

Later in the day another 20 min ob bathmate anf two more hours of extender

Looking at the forum, there is soooo many information, not sure im doing my routine the way i should, any good advice and routine would be very very greathful.. Do the covid im working from home and have plenty of time

Thanks for your reply! A few things I have to suggest. Before you buy an extender please check out our store and look at the two ADS cause we sell the SiliStretcher and the StealthStretcher, both are incredible extenders and they come with a lifetime warranty. My advice as far as a routine goes is to follow SRT as closest possible. Have a readthrough SRT and come back with any questions you may have and I can help you put a routine together from there.

Thank you for your reply. I have seen the sleeves and the stretcher, they look great. However, im from central Europe, i dont know if you ship to europe? Amd how much the shipoing costs would be plus customs opening the package haha ? do you have a simmilar store based in Europe?

I have read the SRT routine, looks good.. Tryed today, 30 min stretching in the am, then my cheap extender for 4 hours, then bathmate 25 min, 20 min jelquing, put a cock ring on, then aoplied extender back for 2 hours and at the evening another BM and jelq session.. Would love to get a all day/night extender plus sleeves.. Started doing kegels again, my cock feels powerful ?
Gonna make the best of this time working from home cuz of covid, seems at least another 3 to 4 months.. Hope i can get 1 cm or maybe more results in this time

Hello my brother. Yes we ship worldwide so there’s no problems with that. We should be using DHL and they’re relatively inexpensive. But having a store in Europe would be awesome, maybe someday.

But what you have right now is enough to get started and make some serious growth. I would make SRT work with what you have. I beg you to go onto SRT and put together a loose routine based on your goals. From there I can help you refine it and continue to advocate for you until you reach your goal
