I've read the newbie and SRT routines. I would love to do the SRT but am afraid I will get into something I can't follow through on100%. The only equipment I have now is the SG. I bought the Phallosan a while back but the damn thing irritated the skin on my scrotum and above my dick so bad that I couldn't wear it for more than a couple hours. I use the SG, probably not as much as I should, but in one of your videos you mentioned the only "pain" should be down towards the bottom of the shaft. My pain is up near the head, as a result of wearing the noose. I haven't found a comfortable solution to avoid slippage and reduce the irritation. Any thoughts? Lastly, I want to focus on making my nuts hang lower, because when I am playing sports or at the gym, the things shrivel up like raisins. I read the testicle health exercise, but I can't find a video to see if I'm doing it right. Is there a video you could refer me to/ any other suggestions regarding this issue? Thanks, looking forward to participating in the group

Really sad to hear the irritation regarding the Phallosan.

For the noose discomfort there is the Silicap in the shop that could help. (Just thinking tool wise now. :) )

With sports shrinkage is very common as blood will flow more strongly elsewhere.
If it is possible for you, I'd combine PE to after sports workout, I've done so quite often actually.

Create a progress log and we shall see that you'll follow through! ;)

Welcome! Getting irritation in the extender has been an issue for many people for many years. We have found the solution to this, the SiliSleeves! Get a set and watch your comfort level increase big time.
 
I'm still figuring out the best way to wear the SG, and have had to lower the tension a bit to avoid slippage and be able to wear it longer throughout the day.The testicle health routine was a huge find too, so many thanks to you guys. I've always had this issue, but never knew it could be addressed, let alone how. Would you say it will take months or take years for my balls to start hanging, not scrunching up, when I am playing sports? (assuming I do the routine each day) This would be a huge help to my confidence. Thanks again for all your help DLD
 
Months? No way you’re going to see the changes within a few weeks. Stretching the scrotum is probably one of the easiest games to make in PE. What I also can suggest is the new months?
