Welcome to the Brotherhood, @PonyUp, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks for the greet! I'm waiting for my SS2 to ship and then i can start right away. Since i dont have the LM, im thinking of putting the SS2 to good use/full potential. I have a complete set of Bodylastics (elastics band) that i can hook up to the SS2 and do the exact stretching techniques that you do with with LM by utilizing different standing positions. Im going to have to manually twist my "little pony" for the bundle stretches but dont worry its managable.

My short term goal is length, like a month or two and only then will i start to add in some girth work.

Hey DLD, i just got my LM & i have trouble using it not because of the device but i have excess skin along my shaft. when i put the LM on and apply some force, i can definitely feel my SKIN pulling & not my shaft. What do i do? Is there a specific way of wrapping that can help me overcome this? i got the uncle jim wrap & adhesive tape.

I would spend some time trying different wrapping techniques. If you go into the wrappings forum you will find many different methods. Skin should not be stretched, tissue should be stretched. What I do is pull all of my skin back before a clamp down so I know that I am stretching tissue. There will always be some skin stretch growth but this is needed to take up bigger tissue growth.

Hey DLD, thank you for your reply. Yea i read the wrappings forum & its been very helpful to me. I have been learning how to wrap for quite some time & i think it got it now. By wrapping i mean i gotta wrap it freaking fast before my penis cools down after warm up. I didnt know prep learning curve would take this much time - kinda caught me off guard. Like you said, it is an art to master. I used to wrap just below the glans, now i wrap over the glans. It works for me (at least for now - i have a small dick remember? Not easy). Otherwise the wrap would rub against my glans and it'd feel like a splinter down there when i apply some force using LM.

Now that i got the wrapping problem out of the way, im ready to dive into your newbie routine. You said to start off with bundled stretching. I know what bundled stretching is but i've read so many ways of doing it. By bundling do you rotate clockwise or anti clockwise? Do you do both rotations? do you bundle in all directions or only bundle straight left, right, btc? which one is it? clockwise 30 seconds all directions & the same for anti clockwise? Im sorry but im confused, DLD :((

Please guide me, sir. I'm noob.

no problem my brother. With bundle stretches you want to do equally left and right. The best way to do a bundle stretch is with the LM. You will also want to do all of your basic stretching using your LM
