Welcome to the Brotherhood, @pmj555, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks DLD, appreciate the message. I'm now about 6" and want to get to 7.5" hard, and about 4.5" thick wanting to get to 5.5" thick. Appreciate this brotherhood!

Those are very humble and very achievable! Have you planned out a routine yet? If you need help in this please just ask it’s what I love to do.

Actually that would be fantastic if you could point me in the right direction -- I own a Bathmate currently, and a Kaplan air pump as well, but not sure what I need to do as a daily/weekly routine. If it's something I can layer on in the mornings after my gym routine, even better.

Awesome! send me a email for a routine request to guru.dld@gmail.com. We can work out the routine and once you are satisfied you can post it here in your routine thread
