Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Pickljoe, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi, thank you for the warm welcome. Glad to be joining you guys. Last time I measured I was 5.9 EL with a tape measure so that’s probably 5.9” NBPEL, 5.1 MEG. That was in April. Been doing JP90 beginner routine for the last 2 months. I think I have grown since, but haven’t measured. Definitely been hanging at rest longer. Still there’s a lot to learn, & I’m pretty stoked to be here.
 
Welcome, be sure to measure BPEL with a solid ruler to get most accurate measurement going forward

Welcome my brother and thank you for introducing yourself. When you get to a plateau using the routine you’re using now please have a look at the SRT routine as the next step in growth. In PE we all come to plateaus and need to make adjustments or changes to continue the growth cycles.
