Welcome to the Brotherhood, @pakilover, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I am 14.9 cm in length, and 11.4 cm in girth
I am looking for anywhere between 20-30% increase.
Just one question and your feedback
- Like bodybuilding, can penile exercises be enhanced by using protein and zinc supplements
- Does body type ( Endomorph for example) have any effect on the efficiency ? Scrolling through the comments, i think that most of the members get disheartened when they don't see visible gains in the beginning .
 
Supplements will always benefit your program but they cannot take the place of it. People who give up because they do not see gains right away weren’t motivated enough to begin with. A lean body will show more internal penis than someone who was overweight.
