Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Onelastshot, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks a lot DLD. I've been following your reputation for years. I've been doing pe on and off for about 16 years now I'd say. I never was consistent with sticking to a routine. Life gets complicated really. I'd say my best gains were about ten years ago with hanging with a Bib Hanger. I got all the equipment now. I mean everything except that wooden clamp hanger thing that you invented years back that you put between ur thighs. Nice looking contraption btw. I donct really have the privacy for intense work as of now but planning to have more in the near future will I will try to incorporate every form of pe and maybe a little chem pe as well. Until then, I am just doing my studying on pe routine and techniques. I am still a rather small guy and hope to have at least a 8x6. I am at 6.75x4.75 now. I know my girth is embarrassing. But it is what it is. And i plan to fix that. Thanks a lot for the welcome! I will definitely start on your recommendations. Have a great day!
