Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Nkosi, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I grew from 7 inches to 8 and a half inches bone pressed in 6 months im trynna get to12 in another year and a half

Wow congratulations! How did you accomplish this? What routine did you use? What exercises?

Congratulations on the gains @Nkosi ! How was your routine? I hope you took pictures at least for yourself.
Started out with 5 minute warm ups then i did 10 mins in the day 10 mins at night
Then for a month i just did and now i just do 20 mins every day i feel like im plateAuing and i wanna get past it do you know how by chance

I don’t understand is this your routine? Or are you looking for another routine?
 
The question remains what did you do? Stretching, clamping, hanging?
Applying force / intensity over time is one of the keys to steady gaining. Also, 20 minutes of total PE time per day? Of course what you do with the time does matter but sounds pretty small amount. But the minutes do add up, that's how I see it.
 
I used to reverse kegel blood in to my dick n i did girth blasters for 10 minutes in the morning then after work i would do regular jelqs at like 25% erection some days i would stretch somdays i wouldn't
