Welcome to the Brotherhood, @nix85, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thank you guys, happy and honored to be here. I started 9 months ago with 6 NBP x ~4.25 EG, my goal was and is length. I started with an extender and after a month gained almost a full inch of girth but 0 length. It was a cheap noose type extender cutting off circulation, so i dropped that and started manuals. After few months of stretches, mostly SD and A, my length was the same. I realized i am a hard gainer or i am doing it all wrong or both. I must admit i was impatient from the start and went with quite force early on, but i don't think that's the reason for no gains. I was member at thunders at the time and of course they adviced a long decon break and so i took full 1,5 month break of no PE and ordered a vacuum hanger, again a chinese cheap one, but enough for a starter.

I started hanging SD with 1.5kg and over few weeks progressed to 3kg. I been hanging for 4-6h every day. I did gain 1cm in streched flaccid qucikly and went from 16-17cm but still no erect gains. After 4 months of hanging STILL NO ERECT GAINS. In midtime i progressed to 4-5kg weights and had big issues with pain at higher weight, my glans is quite sensitive and even stretching easily gets painful after a while, not to mention hanging at high force for hours. So lately i decided to drop hanging (from a chair) and use hanger as ADS over the bed edge. My routine for last few weeks is - after lunch i do few hours of hanging over the edge of bed, starting with bigger weight then lowering after a while. I can't hang for long at once as i get sharp pain in the shaft or in the glans.

Then i do stretching session for half and hour to an hour, mostly A stretches with big intensity, i don't hold too long maybe 45sec average, and SD. I did 5-7 directions before, but i think A and SD is enough. Then back into ADS for few more hours and usually another stretching session later and then some more ADS. I also use almost constant heat.

I did measure 0.5cm erect gain once or twice but it was more likely just an after training elongation. My unit does look stonger, ever since the first month and that crazy girth gain, more veiny, a better hang (except when cold, or after erection shrinkage), but i am stuck length wise.

I suspect i have a 3 layer tunica and ligs of steel. It's hard to stay optimistic after so long with no length gains, but i know i am not the only one who didn't gain quick and gains HAVE to come at some point.

Should i keep up with this routine and believe gains will come or make some changes. I don't know what to do anymore.

Well that’s a lot of work with little results and I apologize for that. You seem like a kind of person that needs much more intense exercise in order to grow. Some people need more work than others. In your case I highly recommend going for the SRT routine as this is very powerful and will get you gaining!

Thank you my brother! I’m so happy were looking through SRT and feel very free to come to me and ask any questions you may have about the SRT routine and I can help you out. I still deal with OCD but I have learned to make OCD work for me. ? I’m looking forward to helping you as are all the brothers here. I encourage you to make any progress in routine thread, that’s the best place to start.

I’m jealous! I’m in Italian and I’ve never been to Italy, someday I hope. OCD is immediately categorize as a disorder when it is not a disorder. All OCD means to me is I can concentrate on something long enough to get the job done. OCD drives my ability to create exercises and tools. In places where most people would give up I simply can’t because my OCD keeps me working on something until it is rectified. We are not what they say we are. When I was diagnosed with many different mental disorders I started to take those disorders as being who I am. Like I am OCD or I am schizophrenic or I am depressed. But the reality of all this is I am not those things I am Michael and I am a child of God. When we say “I am“ what proceeds that can be very crippling or very positive so be careful what you call yourself. I am Michael!

Oh mama mia! :D It's never too late! I see OCD in similar way, surely not a disorder but a trait of creative people who have a need to invent and improve things, perfectionists you might say, those who see things different and challenge the status quo. Need i say Tesla was "OCD". Indeed we are not any of those labels, those things are not even real, system wants to convince people there is something wrong with them and then sell them pills that actually cause suicidal thoughts and depression. Nature is the way. Organic food and supplements, screw the big pharma and medical mafia. Truth is already out! And yea, we are children of God indeed. Or to put it more correctly we ARE God under few layers of illusion (5 koshas).

Please don't get me wrong that smile above is me laughing that you never been to Italy, nooo, i am laughing at my bad italian. Many people here speak it fluently, i watched cartoons as a kid, learned some, but english was always my "first second language". : )

You write eloquently and with good grammar, I appreciate that. Too many rush their words never getting out message because it was written haphazardly. I am guilty of this at times but some days I am approached with 100s of posts, emails, pms, Facebook questions and so much more. I would love some time to create new exercises and explore new equipment but for now that is just not a possibility.

Dalmatia! Very cool. Your English is very good, no shame in it! Not so much dubbing in Dalmatia? In Italy pretty much everything is dubbed and therefore some might not learn even the slightest of English. I have been to few places in Italy and I did get a strong feeling English isn't their forte so to speak of.

I like your view about natural foods!

Good note by @DLD about being more than what society might want to label someone as flawed.
Indeed vocalizing what you are can help a lot! I've done exercises like that before, I should pick up on it again.

@nix85 I wish the best of time gaining, I'm sure you can reach your goals!

Thank you. No dubbing on croatian TV, in Italy they dub everything at least they used to 20 years ago when i last time watched those programs. Italians are known for their lack of will to speak English regardless of dubbing.

Natural foods ALL IN! Few months ago i was going to go raw vegan, but decided to still have fish soup and emmentaler cheese every day and occasionally chicken and yogurt, no red meat, processed sugars or any other animal products, every day blended fruits and occasionally i juice carrot and beetroot - i used to juice other vegs but decided to keep these two as they are amazing for health (altho i might not appreciate the taste that much). : )

You know in one study in China they found people who ate fish were found to live longer. To quote from Ralph Cole blog - he is one of many who cured his cancer by juicing 2.5kg of carrots a day:

"There was a huge study done in China many years ago called The China Study which compared the diets and the resulting longevity of people across 3000 regions in China. Studies of the results were reported in books by both Colin Campbell and later by Denise Minger. Although Colin Campbell's results were supportive of a vegetarian diet, it was later shown by Denise Minger that the same data that he used also showed that vegans (those having no animal products at all in their diet) had a 60% worse mortality than both vegetarians (those that permitted eggs, dairy, and fish into their diet) and omnivores. The presence of fish in the diet increased the longevity significantly of all those in the study."

It might be the taurine as it was found that in Okinawa where there is most centenarians in the world, there is big consumption of tuna which is rich in taurine.

Taurine has many benefits as antioxidant, protects cell membrane, helps production of energy in mitochondria, stimulates new neurons and inter-neuron connections, helps intake of water and nutrients into the cell and prevents muscle mass loss, improves nerv signals and stabilizes heart rhythm (for arrhythmia), lowers LDL "bad cholesterol", increases GABA (relaxing and better mood), clears toxins from liver, increases insulin sensitivity (lowers blood sugar), increases testosterone, cures spasms, reduces inflammation and so on..

From supplements i been taking vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (half teaspoon a day - 2-3 gram), vitamin D + magnesium + calcium all in one capsule from Lindens (2 a day), taurine (2-3g), and lately i started with carnosine (0.5g) which is amazing for your health and looks.

This change of diet + these supplements literally made me feel and look younger. I am 33 and half btw. After our mental-emotional state (healthy aura), food is truly everything for our physical health and longevity.

And thanks for gains wishes, all i want is length and i believe it will come!

Damn son you got some serious knowledge in this area! You’re gonna be a big help here in the brotherhood! I’m so glad you have become a part of the family
