Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi l’m new to the forum but not new to PE
I saw a posting from last year of someone talking about Dr Udo and his penis enlargement cream. It sounds like a sham but I wanted to find out if anybody used this product and is it effective?

I already advised you in another thread. But let me add to that here; I would start out with the newbie routine and see where that gets you in three months. Some people can gain up to an inch as a newbie
