Hi all!, Thanks for such a warm welcoming.

I'll jump right into what brings me here. I did manual PE back in 2018 for like 6 months. The problem is that I only did it regularly for like 2 full months so I only gained 1cm in length and 1cm in girth.

Now I decided to buy myself a Bathmate x40 and started 2 weeks ago my return to PE. And it's been great!. Even though I don't have a ruler or anything to measure my penis right now, I already see how the little fella starts to get in shape.

So here are my doubts, I've already bought L-arg (Potenciator-like, it comes with 20 vials) to supplement myself but I don't know if I should take them every day or every time before I start my workout.

Also, yesterday I entered the bathmate right after my jelqing session for the first time and the expansion was harshh! (I was doing jelq an bm sessions in separate days). But my glans sored a little bit and when I took the BM off my head was a little purple on its base. Nothing serious though (max pressure, 4 mins).

Last question, do I have to put the cockring right after my BM sess (when it's more expanded) or do I have to warm down a little bit and massage my penis in a hot shower first?

What an opening!

Well, 2018 isn't that far away yet, so it's good that you have certain grasp of things. Don't put yourself down about the gains; gains are gains! Be proud you made those and welcome back to grow some more!

You're equipped with a great tool for your tool.

L-Arginine or L-Citrulline has been used for better blood flow. Timing it close to a session is a good idea, in my opinion. Everyday is a good option though, depending quite much do you react to the supplement in a favorable way right before a session or do you feel that you need to build up a "supply" so to speak off.

Little discoloration can happen when going really hard. Now that you know what is a bit too much for the moment, you can dial the intensity better.

I've usually done a quick warm down and dried off a bit, then applied the cockring. It's best to get it on ASAP after a session to make those gains solidify more.
The importance of staying in an extended state after exercise is something people often miss.

Overall it sounds like you've found the right place and that you're on a good path! Staying consistent is golden, so I suggest making a progress log, telling about your routines and so on.
I suggest a wooden or a metal ruler. Well, a ruler that has no empty space before the zero, makes measuring much easier in my opinion.

Thanks Ark that was really helpful. In 2 weeks I'll start a good routine with L-arg and everything cause now I'm travelling and can only use my BM.

Now I have another question, I remember that when I did PE back then I used to have pimples in my shaft from time to time. And now that I'm back at it, I've already grown one.

I've been seeing threads about it and now I know that I wasn't supposed to pop it. But I already did, so I would like to know if I can still make my BM session normally. I wonder if it is the olive oil that caused it.

Ah, those damn pimples!

Do you use any other product on your penis than olive oil? Pure olive oil can be mildly comedogenic, so it could be the reason.
It is best not to pop, I've got a bigger scar due to disregarding that rule.

Keeping your tools clean, as in cleaning up the BM on a regular basis helps a lot.
Some certain soaps, liquid soaps, shampoos etc., can cause irritation on the penis as well.
I've used Sebamed soaps for a longer time and they've helped me clear out of many pimples.

Travelling and using BM, I give you big thumbs up! As long as you add Slow Squash Jelqs to your BM routines you're golden. Those two have been my primary gaining methods anyway, this year I'm stepping up though a bit.
