Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MicroJosh, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I'm 37 - I feel even being average will boost my confidence greatly.


Hey brother welcome! Love your avatar! There are allot of great starter routines and you def should be able to reach average and beyond if you stay committed. Many people fall off just like joining a gym, if you really want it, it is 100% possible to achieve. Many men here have gained 2 or more inches by dedicating their time to a routine.

Check out the newbie section and the newbie routine, allot of people make initial gains with it.

Like I mentioned: I'm 2.5" flaccid or 3.5" erect. My goal is to double both! I am willing to do ANYTHING. I'm too old to still be lacking confidence in myself.

Thanks for the reply my brother. When you’re making these measurements are these bone pressed measurements you’re making? What kind of time do you have and do you have any equipment right now? Doubling your size is going to be a big project but I can guarantee you if you have the tenacity and the determination to stick with this it can be done. I gained 4 inches in length and if I can do that you can too. Let me know the kind of time you have in the rest of the questions I asked and I can help you create a routine they can work with your schedule and bring your gains is the fastest. for

I also suggest that you start a routine and progress thread ASAP to start getting down some of your details and measurements, goals and eventually the routine that you’ll be using. Look forward to working with you my brother ❤️
