I go some questions for everyone on here. Tbh my EBPL is a sad 5.25" I've been using the hydroxtreme5 for roughly a month now. Use a cock ring to prevent balls getting sucked in the tube but an issue I'm having is due to the fact my guy don't hang the head is then forced against the side of the pump which causes bruising don't last long at all after the session. But it happens everytime and everything I've done don't help.

I answered you in another post. But basically what I said was use some Vaseline on your head and it should keep it from bruising. And always be sure you’re using the 5×5×3
