Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi guys nice to meet everybody I am kind of new to this kind of blog and community.
I am just browsing around various threads and stuff.
I was initially looking at the sizedoctor gamechanger because it seems an all-in-one solution, but then there are huge thread here that will take time for me to read and figure out.

Welcome and take your time there is a lot here to take in. I agree with you the sizedoctor is the all-in-one solution to everything to do with gaining length. Two threads that I suggest you read through our SRT and the Newbie Routine. If you need any other help please just ask
