Welcome to the Brotherhood, @KingLOA, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Im 4 3/4 Nbel and 4 3/4 G
Im doing the Newbie streching routine 2 times per day and the girth 1. So 3 Workouts a day.
My Goal is 7 Nbel and 5 /34 G.

This is a very good routine and I really appreciate you using the links I gave you to create this. Looking over everything there’s nothing you’re missing! I have nothing to add but good luck and God bless you
