The best possible way you can use your pump is by following the 5×5×3 found in the SRT. Please check out this routine and come back to me with any questions you may have. This routine is by far the most powerful one available.

A lot of times women or the men they are with will put out a bullshit message that there new boyfriend was somebody bigger than you. It is a tactic to make you feel in adequate. Perhaps when this is all over we could meet in person brother , so I can thank you personally.. and yes I saw pictures he was an ex.. I dont care it just makes me more determined now than ever!!! I'm eating right , exercising, and this program I can already see subtle gains.. So I'm grateful that I found this forum of truth amongst fake thieves..
