Welcome to the Brotherhood, @JustGrow, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Just want to get growing.
I’ve done pe before just not consistent and not really sure that I gained anything before because of inconsistency.
Currently
BPEL 6
EG 4.5

Really want to gain length first.
I’ve started newbie routine about a month ago with just the warm up, stretches, and cool down.

Stretches take about 25 minutes.

Considering buying some of the products you offer, just not sure which to go with first Length Master or Size Doctor Game Changer.

What you think?

Anyways happy growing!

Greetings, welcome to MOS

Both the lengthmaster and sizedoctor are great, they work, so either is good for you.

I would save up more for the sizedoctor because that has ADS [All day stretching option], extender, hanger in one product, but if you really want to get going, start with the lengthmaster now, as that offers hanging, but it takes the manual stretches and enables more ease +power which can be difficult using only the hands.

Another really good thing to do is to start a progress thread and start laying out what you’re going to do your goals, you’re starting size, the routine you’re going to use, the tools you decide on, pictures and even videos if you want. I agree with Red, both tools will be a huge help in the speed of making gains. Be sure to look to SRT to learn how to use these tools the best way.

Hi DLD

Is a progress thread just a regular thread where I document my routine and the above mentioned?

How often is it recommended to post for a thread like this, weekly, monthly?

Thank you guys for the feedback.

Yup! Create one here: Routines and progress forum

Weekly is pretty good. If you're pressed for time, make markings on a pad, mobile device etc., and later on write a post. Monthly isn't enough from my viewpoint, that might cause fall out effect as in not being consistent with your workouts. Of course we're wired differently but I suggest doing consistent PE but also writing a post or two at least once a week. :) I'm not pushing, just want to make sure you'll get gains!

Thanks Arkailija

I started a thread like DLD and you suggested.

Here we go!

Thanks

I find the progress thread a wonderful way to capture experiments and general routine. Great moderators interject and eliminate a lot of guessing, as well as provoking thought. Knowledge is power.
@REDZULU2003 @arkailija @DLD These guys in particular. Feedback is often better than pondering alone.

I post at a minimum every session, as well as any thoughts throughout the day that need addressed without spamming. That equates to a total of 2-3x a day. Chances are if you are learning here and doing your version, someone lurking is in a similar situation and may have the same questions.

Articulating thoughts can be fruitful, especially in print. It’s my opinion that MOS’s familiarity with your routine directly impacts your results. This is a great way for PE as a community and knowledge base to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

I saw your thread and thank you for starting it it will be one of the biggest factors keeping you motivated and inspired to get where you want to go.

I figured this is definitely a motivation factor, plus I appreciate you all chiming in if I’m doing something obviously wrong.

Yup! So good reasons. We can keep you accountable, you can keep excellent data on your gains and routines, with your success men will follow your routine, a very cool cycle. I wish you the best and I will be here daily watching??
