Welcome to the Brotherhood, @joyfulsaagar, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

I find you awesome dld, it has been a while i had downloaded most of your videos online from youtube, and saved them for watching when i have time, so today i was watching this video (

I don't actualy know how to use this site for best of my advantage, but i think i will figure out as my goals are also common length girth and harder erection. One thing i like to mention here is i have seen your videos, your eyes and poise and preciseness in giving information and superabundant confidence & the likes are somethings that has drawn me towards you. Well thank you so much what a wonderful thing you read right before I go to sleep. I guess I’m confident about it because I truly believe it and I enjoy teaching men that they can change themselves. The other day someone asked me why I am on the forum and I answered with the only answer there is, I love helping out the brothers in the brotherhood.

I also enjoy the fact that we do not put all importance on Penis Enlargement here. There’s a lot more to life than a big penis, there’s a lot more to being a better man than having huge cock. Getting a bigger penis is easy, just use SRT and you’re guaranteed to get huge but I want you to also take away other things from the brotherhood. I think that we can share ideas and become better people in many ways just through sharing here on the forum.

Thank you for your incredible response and I appreciate your compliments on my videos, I really miss doing them. But I do plan on doing them in the future right now I’m dealing with some teeth issues that don’t allow me to speak very well. But soon that will be over and I can do videos again. ❤️

Hello DLD, it's was late y'day so i did not reply knowing your medical situation, but i remembered to come back, just to thank you again for being so friendly and warm to a beginner like me.
I can understand when you say that you don't really deserve this mess, 'coz guys like you are so focused, i mean you know so much of you physiology and psychology, and when you practice it on regular basis, you are more connected to the functioning of body and all that.. but i guess sometimes difficult things just happen :O I hope you get thru this quickly.
Other thing, I may not find much time for next couple of months, because of my situation with work. But It's great feeling to feel welcomed, by the greats in the field, like your kind self & that too directly.. I saw redzulu has also noticed me. it's really wow feeling for me.
If i can, I would like to echo again this to you, your videos are REAL TREAT to me, the are so short, to the point, and done so smoothly, I really wish you do them more..

I believe that you are the one who actually pin-pointed the "reverse kegels" & the potential of it.. and I know you touched that topic in one of your videos the combination of them to delay. I would like to know more about it.. is it a set rhythm that everyone could follow? or one needs to find their own rhythm?, and how to go about taming it, and also be mindful of breathing and also be able to give pleasure to my gf and have also.. i mean, you know what i mean, so all that.. can you guide me in that please ? Thanks for your concern about my teeth it’s an ongoing nightmare. I’m so limited in what I can do and when I can eat. I can’t talk and it looks really bad. I can’t wait to start doing videos again and I’m so completely amped to do the podcast. I need to put some more money together to get the teeth I need, they found two more and each tooth is $3500. I’m out of money so I’ve been getting help for my mother to pay for it. A few more visits and I should be ready for the surgery.

Reverse Kegels Was something I came up with for DLD blasters. I noticed that when I do the Kegels my pelvic floor muscles would be completely engaged but when I did the reverse of that the muscles became disengaged. This was a very exciting discovery from you because it meant that we could circumvent the pelvic floor muscles allowing for the penis to be stretched without interference.

It wasn’t until later that I started to put the Reverse Kegel into practice for premature ejaculation. I also realized at that point that male multiple orgasms were possible by a sequence of Kegels and Reverse Kegels. I developed many new methods around this and other data. Here are a few of those methods, noting where Kegels/Reverse Kegels are used.

Becoming in touch with your orgasm
There is a very fine line between cuming and about to cum. making this distinction is the first step in having more staying power.

Identify your brink of orgasm
You will want to identify the fine line that separates cuming from about to cum. During this period pay special attention to what brings you almost to orgasm. What are your thoughts? How long does it take to get there? Keep Track of this information for future reference. The goal here is to paint a mental picture of your orgasm and identify just what brings you to this brink and what you can do to stop it.

Breathing to Reduce Excitement
Simply taking a deep breath at the brink of orgasm is a very effective way to reduce your excitement level and reset your orgasm. It does not work for everyone but it is worth trying.

Breathing to Reset Orgasm
When you feel that you are getting too close to orgasm, just completely stop and take a deep breath. Give yourself a minute or two to reset your mental orgasm. Once you feel that you have reset this mental orgasm continue with the confidence that the physical orgasm is far off. You will find with practice this process will give you longer and longer periods of staying power. Eventually this mental reset will happen automatically with no pause.

The Squeeze Techniques
When you feel close to your orgasm completely stop, pull out, take a deep breath and apply one of these two squeezing methods. One method usually works better for men than the other so try them both.

BASE SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the OK grip squeeze the base of your penis and squeeze until the urge has faded.

UP SQUEEZE: at the brink of orgasm stop, take a deep breath. Using the forefinger and thumb squeeze the top and bottom of your penis just below the glans until the urge to orgasm has faded.

DLD Push
The DLD Push is a technique to prolong orgasm and remain erect after orgasm. This method involved a hard reverse kegel right at the brink of orgasm. It takes some practice but once it is mastered 4-5 orgasms are possible.

Reverse Psychology
A great technique that seems to work very well for me is the Reverse Psychology method. Previously to having sex I convince myself that I am going to have problems ejaculation.

What I wanted to say is that don't play yourself down here. We are all Brothers, some more focused, some a bit more over the place ... We are here to chance things for the better, that's something. And you're a part of that now as well!

Everyone has their own rhythm, regarding several things in this life. With that said, the breathing exercises are really good and learning your point-of-no-return, when it comes those intimate moments. Trusting yourself and your mate helps a lot as well.

Best of times gaining and strengthening yourself! I hope you can chime in here and then, but I do understand that work and other life can come inbetween regarding forum posting.
Just stay consistent with certain routines, remember to do Kegel training! When you have those muscles in balance you can really make magic happen. :)

Its just that I have a startup and its very messy and just struggling with everything around, I do intend to continue coming here, but i may miss coming for long periods, as i am usually very tired and exhausted by the end of the day, but i am keeping my motivation levels up, for one simple reason that i know i will be EQUALLY rewarded for the efforts i put in..
Since you emphasised on kegels here, I have a question on kegel if you can answer that for me please, at convenience of your time off-course - the question is.. can i ever "over-do" kegel ? - what i want to hear is "NO" :) - but you know why i am asking you this, as a beginner even slightest of doubt can take your journey to a different tangent, and can make the mind doubtful, & then I cannot give a 100% heart in doing it.. although over time i have read on many many pages of medicine and health and others.. that you can't do them enough!, they are basically muscles, one trains them grows them and can only make them stronger!. But there have been few pages on internet that say, you should not do them more.. this creates conflict and that because of that conflict in head, I cannot give my total devotion... like i remember, dld has once mentioned in one of his videos that you really can't injure your penis, it's self healing & explained further and he gave some examples and mentioned a couple of things that can go wrong like you may get bruises or red spots.. and just hearing it from someone who has gone thru the entire process just gives me that required confidence that i can try up to my best limits, whether its jelqs or stretching and it feels okay inside me psychologically to do so without fear.. offcourse i am mindful of not jerking or hurting myself but that element of doubt and scepticism is eliminated completely when it comes from someone who has gone thru the process like dld or your good-self here. So what would you say in response to this matter, about overdoing kegels.. are there any side-effects.. or should i keep smthing in mind.. or howmany should i do per day, any information on this i will be obliged.

I recall one member does have a pelvic floor imbalance, haven't heard from him for a while, would be nice to know how he is doing.

With that said, everything and anything can be overdone, unfortunately. Our penises are very resilient though!

I would approach Kegeling from different angles. Keep on doing Kegels and reverse Kegels. It is a muscle group so you'll have to get some rest from time to time.
I received medical instructions where certain days you do 100% holds, other days 60-80% holds.
You can do a long hold or do burst, they will have a little bit different effect. Now where's that paper ... :D
Anyhow, emphasis was on that the longer holds can help with better erection quality, lower % holds for stamina and short bursts for quick action.

While you're doing Kegels, it's a good idea to pay attention to your core strength as well.
Good abs and strong core help a lot in many ways!

If I were to summarize myself quickly;
Vary Kegel exercises on daily basis, give yourself rest days inbetween, listen to your body. Exact numbers of reps will vary from male to male, that's why I don't give rigid set numbers.

Best of success for your company! I wish that you can get time for PE as well. Kegels are something you can do though without "overthinking", as long as you'll just limit yourself. You can always put on more weights, add more reps but to come down from a high intensity routine can be more taxing on your mind and body.

Start slow and build up the momemtum, we are not doing a sprint race here. ;)

Ain’t that the truth! In my opinion it’s best just to make a decision that you’re going to be here for life. This is a lifelong club that you belong to that will always be giving you new and fresh information on how to become a better man whether it’s making your penis larger or getting a better job.

I like the idea of having a brotherhood that I belong to for life that I can come to at any time and seek help on anything I could possibly need. I get more help here than anywhere else in the world. These are my brothers and my brothers know me and I know them, and we work as one to become greater humans.
