Its just that I have a startup and its very messy and just struggling with everything around, I do intend to continue coming here, but i may miss coming for long periods, as i am usually very tired and exhausted by the end of the day, but i am keeping my motivation levels up, for one simple reason that i know i will be EQUALLY rewarded for the efforts i put in..
Since you emphasised on kegels here, I have a question on kegel if you can answer that for me please, at convenience of your time off-course - the question is.. can i ever "over-do" kegel ? - what i want to hear is "NO"
- but you know why i am asking you this, as a beginner even slightest of doubt can take your journey to a different tangent, and can make the mind doubtful, & then I cannot give a 100% heart in doing it.. although over time i have read on many many pages of medicine and health and others.. that you can't do them enough!, they are basically muscles, one trains them grows them and can only make them stronger!.
But there have been few pages on internet that say, you should not do them more.. this creates conflict and that because of that conflict in head, I cannot give my total devotion... like i remember, dld has once mentioned in one of his videos that you really can't injure your penis, it's self healing & explained further and he gave some examples and mentioned a couple of things that can go wrong like you may get bruises or red spots.. and just hearing it from someone who has gone thru the entire process just gives me that required confidence that i can try up to my best limits, whether its jelqs or stretching and it feels okay inside me psychologically to do so without fear.. offcourse i am mindful of not jerking or hurting myself but that element of doubt and scepticism is eliminated completely when it comes from someone who has gone thru the process like dld or your good-self here. So what would you say in response to this matter, about overdoing kegels.. are there any side-effects.. or should i keep smthing in mind.. or howmany should i do per day, any information on this i will be obliged.
