I bought this:Stealth Stretcher - All Day Penis Traction Vacuum Stretcher / Hanger

However it did not come with the strap that goes around your shoulder/neck. There was a note saying it would be shipped to me but no ETA. Can I get an ETA?

Also why does my setup look so much different than this one? SiliStretcher-2 All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger
Is this the older model? Or is mine the older model.

I started using the ankle/leg ADS and have started hanging with my kit, but really wanted to get the upwards stretch using ADS as I do not do manual PE.
