Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I found this site about a month ago. I have been trying to follow your newbie routine since then. i recently purchased the bathmate & sizegenetics. Still trying to figure out the sizegenetics. And the Bathmate gives me fluid retention.

2021-April-1
BPFS: 15.5cm
BPEL: 15cm
NPBEL: ?
EG: 14cm

Goal:
To be able to grab my penis with two hands with a bit to spare.

My morning routine:
Warm up
Bundled stretches
Jelq 300-600
Bathmate 3 sets of 2-5 min
Cockring (worn for most of the day)
Hydrocortisone
Kegels routine

Night routine:
Warm up
Bundled stretches
Testicle health massage
Warm down

I want to add the sizegenetics to my day, but i am having trouble figuring it out. I also have that fluid retention after bathmate, so when i put on sizegenetics i have a balloon of fluid filled skin around the tip of my penis which makes me worried so i take it off.

I have about 6 weeks of being able to be very focused on PE. Then back to real life and will have to redo my routine.

I am new so please help with my routine!
